this is basicly a remake of rome total war if you guys havent noticed, just maybe without rome.

Remake NO NO NO, My Ideas are from the Total War games but instead modified for SC. My own land, Will have magic maybe not sure yet. So yea mister hates me mad.gif helpsmilie.gif . Anyway all a good day and all a good night for now and ill keep you posted of when the basic demo is done so you can all maybe understand my growing system better.

Sorry about the break in updates but I havnt had access to my computer due to staying with family and so on. O Joy to the holidays mad.gif . The Tech Demo I did not get to work on it at all during that time so I am 4 or 5 days behind on production. I will have to pull an all nighter tomorrow night to get caught up and to have at least a 2 player version of my tech demo finished by New Years Day. It will just be a small build of it that I release and it will not have my Diplomacy System nor some of the other systems implemented yet or at least I dont think it will.

How will the Tax System work? Like...how is it set and what does it do to make the map seem...more real? (sorry if i didn't explain it right)

Well Tax System affects the amount of income you get from a province you own in the game. The tax level also affects the amount of men that defend your province or come as reinforcements when your main army is in ur province that is being attackd. If you have no tax that province will not make any money but you will have more people that are capable to defend your province. Citys make no money if you only own one component to a province. Which is either the land or the City and you need both to get money. If you just own the city and have no army in the city and you sally forth you will still get your tax level benefit of men you get so if you had high taxes and lost ur province then your city is sieged and you sally forth then you will have the lowest amount of men possible an vice versa if you had low taxes. Now if you take over a province but don't own the city and the province is attacked then you just get the Default Amount of men to defend the province. Guessing going be live combat, mm i never seen in a war map where out random, shell hittin battle field or rebels attack or spy disables defences or anything during attack. Tax system sounds good =)

Well to make this short the Demo has been dropped due to it will have 1k+ trigs and Alpha(MC) and a few others in my clan just suggested dropping the Demo and get to work on the real map which will probly have 2k+ triggers. But I hope those who have will continue to follow and watch this project as it evolves.
