...Drone, Grunts, Elites, Jackals, Hunters, Brutes, and prophets are all different races. They form a deal that has all of them in it. In a way, they are the same race, in a way they aren't.

The sentinels aren't a race, they're a machine, built by the forunners.


...HUnters bleed bright orange blood. I don't see how you can confuse that with the gray/brown/green blood of the flood. Maybe a glitch may have messed it up, or they were covered with infection forms?

Also, Yoshi, make a cache of weapons, so you have alot of fire power at your disposal. If you wait too long the guns dissapear, in the end you can have about 20-30 guns at your siposal. That's the non cheap way. The cheap way, you push a box just close enough to a stationary gun that you can use it and be covered by the box. THen you can fire from it and not get hit

In the level he is stuck on, I think the turrets are at the top and there is no room to put a box infront of it because the turrets are at the edge. The grunts in legendary throw grenades like crazy and have good aiming so if you start shooting from the turrets they will throw grenades at the turret thus explosding and killing you.

Hum... I don't know, I passed the whol game, legendary, normal and everything, but I don't remeber how you do that one, wait ill go see and I'll tell you after, I gess tomorow since I got homework to go do now.

I know, theres boxes you can climb to get up there. You but the box right up against the turrent. They usually wont throw grenades at you anyways.
Also, on the next level, he's an easy way to get through half of it. At the plaza where you and the marines have to hold off a bunch of covenant, there's an alley way you can go behind with a pile of trash on it. Jump on it, then on top of the building. Then jump the other way. From there you can get to the broken bridge and go over it and stuff. Eventually, you can end up at the Zanzibar Hotel and drop into it from a hole in the ceiling. YOu can skip almost half the level without fight I know so many short cuts

No, in legendary the grunts throw grenades like crazy and they have good aim. What I do is shoot then they throw it on the turrets then I need to get off. But that does not matter I beat the level already .

I personal have given up on legendary... I think Heroic is fun because you have the feeling our being outnumbered and powerless but you still have the power and can take out many guys at once...

Onething they need to do is have Co-Op Online not just Local Xbox...

PS: I was going to send a letter to bungie to get them to make a gametype called "The Flood" Im sure you guys have played the custom game "Zombies" online... Well the flood would be like that only you would actualy BE the flood and try to kill the spartins with melee atatcks ect...

And I have this other friend that if you beat the whole game and get all the skulls (without turning off your x-box or else you lose the skulls) there will be a new level called Mystiq which is even harder than Legendary but I doubt it. Have you heard of this "mystic" level?

Someone online was saying that sometime soon you might be able to play AS A BRUTE... I don't knwo if this is true or not but it would be cool if they keep adding more people to chose from... I would want the carrier form Or mabe a grunt and I could scream and run down the middle of the map yelling for fun... waving my arms around!!!

The best way to kill elites or flying elites is to have a plasma Pistol. Mught be better if you had a friend with you.

Anyways one friend charges up the plasma pistol. Then you fire at an elite to take off their shields. (I think that plasma pistol have some homeing devices they seem to curve a bit to attack people) then your friend or you uses another gun. Better with Battle rifle since you can zoom in and kill the shieldless elite. It is the easiest yet "cheapest" way of killing them. Unless of course you mannage to melee them on the back...

Why not just duel wield a plasma pistol and a magnum or a smg? It takes to long to switch off to a battle rifle and having two people concentrating on a single elite is flat out idiotic.

thats the way to do it
use duel wepons a lot and, and let your team do some damage befor u go in(when you have a team with you, and not as in multiplayer)

1.Have you ever faced them in Legendary?
2. Flying elites tend to run are hard to simply kill but just shooting at them with Smgs.
3. Plasma Pistol+other gun trick saves you alot of bullets/batterypower.

Well My Way Is Screw Be Steathy I just Run In there And Go Kamikazy * how ever you spell it * WIth Doubla Pistols 90% the time i dont die because The LEgendary ELites are so stupid for ones "who think there so Tuff" Or easyier easyer way YOu plasma pistol Plus Then Switch really fast to Battle rifles and go for a head shot. or Throw a Sticky *plasma* Grenada on him....

youve just gotta beat it on every other dificulty. thats how i got past it. i was also stuck on that level for a week so i used comman sense. the next week i sold halo 2 though lol

Or how about they are too far away and by the time you get to them you are dead.
I really do not think you have played them in legendary. Three shots from the plasma rifle and you are dead.

Also. If you use the plasma pistol, it takes of their sheilds and so you don't need the head shot to kill them.
