Ironically Red2Blue left Oo a while ago. SO technically we never lost him to (U).
As far as thi whole debacle goes, I'm pretty much siding with (U). I have respect for Kenoli, D-Von, Legacy, and all the other (U)s that I've met over my years on StarCraft. They have awesome map makers, and though I do believe many people base (U)'s popularity on Bolt_Head, they also need to take into account that (U) has pumped out some pretty good maps while Bolt wasn't there.
So here's one Oo member who thinks (U) has the right to feel a bit miffed here.
Oh, and like BeeR, I always set out to be in (U) myself. When I started map making, (U) was the clan I dreamed of joining. Unlike him, however, I decided to go to Oo rather than join (U). (U)Unknown is still an awesome clan in my books.

It was T-virus and fortune. Fortune took mp channel and mp wanted revenge so we took aep's channel. O yeah i was co leader of mp at the time. Very interesting stuff it was.

I have never understood why most clan members of different clans seem to join all the clans or at least more than one. If you are going to join a clan, then just join one, thats my theory. If you join more than one, it seems to me as if you are just trying to get the "benefits" out of each clan. When (U) members sign on, they go to their own channel. They see no one is there, so they say, "hey ill go to clan Oo cuz i have friends that are actually on there". So they get to our clan, they chat with us, joke with us, ask for (and advise) help from us, some of them even make maps with us. Then they make and produce maps under the (U) name, when they've been "making the map with Oo the whole time". In other words, they spend the whole time with Oo, and then release under (U) as if Oo wasn't part of it. Keep in mind that this isn't true everytime, and i may be way off on what other people observe, but this is what it seems to be to me. So, SOLAR, being the leader of Oo and wanting Oo to thrive, is sick of (U) spending all of their time with Oo, and then taking all the credit to (U). My point is, (U) members don't spend enough time with their own clan, they spend most of it with us in Oo, therefore, i too, would get a bit bent out of shape over my friends spending all their time with me and then when the map is done, ditching us to release and then coming back again. Once again, i havn't even been here very long, but this is what i have observed while i have been here. -Beat SOLAR in solarball for 300 points
-Got A on heavy mode in DDR 100 points
-Won the solarball tourney 50 points
-Produced a map (and in maybe a day or two another) 90 points
and also, maybe SOLAR just never got around to recording your points and then forgot about them. I would go by solar's bot in the channel rather than this forum. Its more "up to the times".

Hmm, this is the reason I am even posting on this thread, for people posting some plain stupid things like that. I would like to clarify that I have never gone to channel 'Clan Oo' before, and I never will. The only time i had been there was when Kenoli told me to join to see if it was just him that was banned or everyone in (U) was tag banned. (if you want you clan look through all of your bot's history and you will not see my name)
Now about what you said... I don't know an exact example, but I am pretty sure that when someone in (U) makes a map with someone in Oo, they both have their name on the map.
What I still don't understand how it is (U)'s problem becuase people in Op Sen don't 'respect' Oo. You seem to complain and make statements with no backup that '(U) looks down at Oo'. But I have backup for the statement 'Solar has a warped view and belives his clan is above all'. Look at the toliet seat part in his post, I think your evidence is somewhere in there.
I heard a new map making clan is coming on to SEN in the next few days, you might want to tagban them before they become too much of a 'threat' to you to.
Also since Oo is so surperier to (U) *cough cough*, that must be the exact reason why 2 past member of Oo has recently came to (U).
Also a side note to turin, I am glad to see you get along with fellow members in your clan. And for future page long posts; you may want to divide it into nice little paragraphs, like so...

I just don't get why solar justs mute the guy and not speak to him or interact in any activities with him. He doesn't need to blame the entire clan for 1's betrayel.
