Wish granted. But then everyone wants to cast him into their version of the new Andy Griffith show. After months of being hounded he finally gives in and starts filming a show. The show is a hit, people worldwide want to see more of Andy Griffith. Soon he is constantly surrounded by mentally instable fans. He himself becomes unstable from the thought of people watching a show about his life. He soon turns to drugs, and soon after that dies from a horrific overdose.

I wish 42 = 43.

Granted, 42 is now equal to 43. All the math in the world is now wrong.

I wish IE was better than FireFox.

You wish is granted. Hundreds of thousands of Firefox users are shocked at the flaws found within their godly program. But then a new version is quickly released and Firefox is better once again.

I wish other browsers wouldn't take shortcuts in displaying pages.

Granted. You soon see a world where everyone lacks intelligence. Corporations become more corrupt and rare. Governments fall. And after WWIII, everyone is left to fend for themselves in a 4 century long nuclear winter.

I wish you people would stop countering wishes with the death of someone. Just because they say "I wish im cool" or something, doesn't have to always lead them to getting shot or stabbed or blow up. Death is just an easy way out of this game. Please stop using it.

Granted, but he decides never to release it to the public, and keeps leaving clues that guide people in the wrong direction, so that it in fact takes longer for one to be publicaly available.

I wish that and didn't exist, without anything having to do with Yoshi deleting them causing a hidden virus to be unlocked or corrupting the website or anything stupid like that!!

Alright, fine, someone mowes your lawn and they do a crappy job of it, with it somehow ending up with even higher grass then before, amazingly.
#2: The person mowing your lawn is a 4 year old, and your neighboor thinks you're employing under-age child labor, and adultnaps you and sends you to China.
#3: The person mowing your lawn is a complete idiot, he accidentaly kills himself with the mower, and his family sues you.

Wish Granted. Your speaker explodes. But somehow you don't die. You stay in the hospital for months. While your there you meet another injured person and become great friends with him. One day long after the injury, You were hanging out over your friend's house. But all of the sudden the mafia kicks the door open and kills everyone in the room. It turns out that your friend wasnt a great friend of the mafia. If ya know whadda mean!

I wish a cow would fall onto my roof.

Wow, I was expecting something along the lines of 'it explodes and kills you'.

A cow falls onto your roof, but your roof, which was recently steel reinforced barely withstands the impact. The cow dies, and rots there for years, as no one notices it and no one bothers investigating the horrendous smell.
Fourty years later, you drive past the area, and remember that you lived there for a large chunk of your life, so you decide to spend your recently-acquired $5,000,000 on the house(the person living in it would go for no less, and you would go for no less then 'yes'). You walk in, and a mutant fly that has a personal grudge against you for nearly killing it 106 times 43 years ago lands on your shoulder, and you get the ebola zaire virus.
However, you also miraculously survive and end up in an insane asylum as incessantly and constantly mutter something about 'demonic no-good goody two shoe flies!!!!'...

I wish that that corruption were witty, funny, and/or smart.

Granted, but you laugh to much that your brain gets shaked so you can't use anything to communicate to others except blink with your eyes

I wish this post gets here before IP's.

Granted, you color perception gets distorted so all yellows are now green, and all greens are now yellow. You become happy at the green smilies, however, as soon as you go outside you notice the sun is giving off green light, causing the world to look unreal. Everything is screwed up and you're confused. You walk on the street, which you thought was simply your lawn, and get runned over by a green school bus puffing out orange smoke with blue people on it.
