He's a moron, if he's going to be obsessed with gaming at least sleep and eat, then you can extend your life and play for years without dying

I dont get why he didnt at least call someone to get, or quickly get up, himself, (and come back in 5 seconds) for a snack, when that sharp pain in his stomache came...
