Why yes, yes I do...

The U.S. is so messed up.
ADDITION:
On the topic of how fair it is to download music rather than buying it, I have this to say. Record Labels have started forcing band they employ (that is, have a contract with) to put freakish protection software on thier albums. Now, it's 'supposed' to protect the music from being distributed illegally. However, what it achieves is something very different.
A) Anyone who really wants to steal the music, with a bit of knowledge, can still crack it (in direct violation of the law, however).
B) People who just bought it and want to listen to it, cannot play the music unless they own the companies media player. For instance, when I bought "Healthy in Paranoid Times" it did not allow me to play it on my iPod, open any of the songs in iTunes, etc. I could only play it from the CD, and only on my computer. This is a total ripoff for a CD (that costs the company maybe 10 cents to make) that cost me $20, an already rediculous price. Obviously I was not happy. Had I bought the album on iTunes however (losing the shiny case) I would have been able to play it on my iPod... and likly, only my iPod.
This suggests labels are more interested in forcing you to buy their media players rather than protecting artists from having their music stolen.
Why should I pay for this? Bands make their real money from concerts (okay, okay, I don't know that for sure, but common, it's seems pretty accurate?). I still buy CDs, but I check to make sure there is no "Piricy Protection" bullshiz on it or I won't buy it. I've boycotted the purchase of all albums that have it.
Everytime there's an update for a program related to media files, I avoid downloading it if I can, because they often contain anti-piricy techniques that get in the way of legal activity as well.
Sorry about the rant, but record labels just seem to be shooting themselves in the foot.
