-They say the first form of life was created by amino acids... and other gases. If that is true, how come people cannot do it now in experiments.

Hard core in my books is like.... They take religion too seriously like a lot of christians do, and above that.

Hardcores are those who twist religious principals and teachings and ruin its reputation.

Why is it there to be twisted in the first place?

Because it's actually more beneficial than harmful. It's the people to blame, not religion. You can use your question for just about anything. IWe humans twist and turn many things which aren't suppose to be twisted or turned.

I was going to go off on a tirade about the mountains of BS that the principles of various religious sects entail, but I don't have the energy right now.

Before, that all people relied on for living. They had no reason to live but for religion. If not for religion, thing would be much different. In modern days, religion could probably be eliminated and everything would be fine. But who knows, maybe chaos would break out if there were no religion. When you can't prove one right or wrong, you almost always get at least two sides. Same deal with federalists and republicans.

One day, books will be banned and religion will be all the same or removed completely. It has been forseen in the tremendous novel known as Fahrenheit 451. So far, we are coming close it if you seen what people are doing to lord of the rings books because they are mythological.
