Excelent point Zombie. Who cares if someone dresses a certain way, or acts a certain way, it's their damn life. Who are you to tell them to act a certain way, or do certain things? The last I knew, freedom of expression wasn't banned by the government, so just get over yourselves and quit talking shiz on people who are way cooler than all of you.

Not like I ever dressed that way, but it makes me sad that other people haven't progressed in their mind the way I have to see how pointless being a 'goth' is.

well i too am a metalhead and usually only wear black dont like ppl much but
i cant get away from them but so i dont try too ,i wouldent consider myself a goth
mostly because alot of the goths i know are really biznatchy and whiney
so i just kinda picture all goths that way even though they alll really arnt i wear

Ok...I'm gonna make this very clear. The Majority of SEN are rejects of life and chose the path of gaming right? Well gothic people are just people who choose a different path, that is all. I mean they are harmless, they don't really stand out anymore, I happen to know a few (Won't say your names I respect that much XD) and they surly all don't cut themselfs. Gothic is like Gamer and Prep, just another friggen classification. On the other hand, I am not goth, but I find myself defending them a lot, hell I even listen to disturbed and KoRn, (And do that oooo wa ha ha ha when disturbed does it xD). So stop making fun of people who choose a different path.

haha right about the architecture thing..

and notice how the gothic architecture is pretty dark.. like the goth people tries to be..

what is funny is these "goth" think goth architecture is cool because its dark and stuff..

but in fact its all because at this time.. they couldnt make larger windows and stuff..

and u know these weird columbs on the "outside" of the building.. (sry idk the word in english) these columbs are like the first thing someone's notice that makes the difference between gothic architecture and neo-gothism..

the thing is.. they arent decorative.. they were needed at that time.. so the building doesnt crash by itself..

and now its like pretty popular so people remake these but they are decorative... thats pretty noob..

but today's gothics (the people, not the architecture) arent very related to what it really means..

its more like: i like black metal and stuff and i hate religion.. so im a goth and i love shagrath and dany filth and stuff..

the goths are pretty funny.. most of people think it sucks and stuff.. but they are misunderstood its just another way to think and live..
