How about ban notes for regulars on up?

If you mean that only regulars+ can access information about banned members, I don't see why you'd want that. Being a regular only means that you're active, not that you're necessarily any more mature or anything.

Actually I think he meant that Administrators and Moderators should post information when they ban members who are Regulars and up (like Devilesk and NuclearRabbit). Its useless to have a list of insignificant spammers who were banned, but a list of notable members who were banned would be valid. As I said earlier, up until this topic was made I had no idea why both NR and Devilesk were banned. And thanks to this topic, now I do - my curiosity is settled.

Seems like a good idea to me, why not let us know who gets banned. There are many forums that show that anyways. I love the "fux0red" warn level by the way tongue.gif

Ban=yes
Warn/suspend=no

Reason:
It's nice to be reminded of what we can and can't do. Also, there are too many warn/suspend situations so that would be taken out of the picture...

2 questions, when would this be put in place(like certain amount of votes or something?) and how would we be notified(by pm or like a thread with a list?)

Wrong, devilesk was banned for being a complete idiot. He was gone long before the hack attempts.

Well if that's the case I guess you've been banned plenty of times!

In my opinion we need this list and we also need to have a sort of offence list. EG.

Flamming = Perminant ban
Yelling at ditto = Suspention

You know what i mean? It gives people a benchmark, to ban or not to ban. I am not saying that some bannings are unfair or anything. I would be nice to know the limits. As if I would want to push them. happy.gif

Hmmm lets see were this gets to...
