First You turn "light A" on then leave it on for about ten minutes
Then you turn "light A" off.
You then quickly turn "light B" on.

The light that is on is "light B."

WRONG.. one of the fuses is BURNED (i dont know if dt said this) and so the burned one could be B in which 2 would be off.... u got dt version if his didnt have the burned light... now try mine!
