New beta, this time submitted to DLDB.

All Help beacons now work, excluding the Academy/Templar Archives, the buildings themselves not used anyway.

He CAN'T make nukes weaker, they don't have a damage you can just change.

Well make them more expensive dude! the fact that playing single player of b-net and i took our the zerg base in around half an hour from getting my first nuke dsnt say much about it! and when i went zerg with a friend as terran everytime i went to fight he nuked the crap out of me! fix it dude!

Hmm, I'm not sure if anybody mentioned this, but shouldn't it be "Starcraft Universe" rather than "World of Starcraft"? Because all 3 races are from different planets, not from differnt regions. tongue.gif

EDIT: How about Galaxy of Starcraft? And if you add some word that starts with 'U' then you could make it "GOSU".

When I first made WoS1, it was when news of World of Warcraft was coming out, and if you read the mission briefings you'd see "but what about us Starcraft fans? Introducing--World of Starcraft!"

Level up Hierarchy and/or Hero. In other words, you can reach Executor via the most basic Hero (Zealot), or even a Dragoon.

Okay, a couple of things.

A) There is a bug regarding the Scout Hero near level 18 or 19 where it reverts back to it's level 1 HP. Not a big problem, but something to consider.

B) I seem to randomly die and revert back to a Dragoon for no apparent reason. This happens from loading my Dark Templar Hero into the shuttle, where it just happens randomly.

C) Inform players that they should morph Lurkers at the bottom left instead of at the battlefield, so they may be respawned instead of not coming back, it's an annoyance.

D) Zerg does not have any items or exchange, I feel it's a bit unfair for them this way.

E) When it comes to Defense, Terran usually has the longest enduring, as ghosts basically own everything before they attack. Cannons should have much more base HP then shield.

F) Interceptors should be tougher. When assaulting bases, my interceptor always dies. It makes the carrier useless against assaults on the outposts.

E) I get the Dragoon Message as Terran.

G) Protoss needs a heavy assault attack on buildings. Terran have nukes, and Zerg can mass produce guardians. Unfortunately, Protoss has a reaver. The strikes are decent, but usually only take one bar of hp.

H) Outposts on the left and right for terran often get clogged when the opposing outposts are destroyed. Goliaths and ghosts clog. It'd be wise to disable energy for ghosts so they don't cloak.

I) Respawn overlords for Zerg so they can detect. -_-

J) Zerg seem to be a bit lop-sided, but I haven't tested this, they recieve maximum of 50/50 upgrades, while terran and protoss get upwards of 70+. This may make up for in swarm power, but the fact is one hero battlecruiser is very strong and can usually take out opposing forces in one hit.

K) Any reason we're allied (heroes) with each other at the beginning?

L) Protoss temple was destroyed and nothing happened.

J) Zerg clogs at the top area when the cannons are finally destroyed. They clog about anywhere...

L) There is a problem with SCVS massing producting supply depots which block off certain buildings.

M) Nuke is overpowered. >_<

N) Are air units in the middle supposed to spawn even if they're spawner is dead?

O) This problem is mainly with terran, but when I try to enter buildings that host unit exchanges with certain units like Goliath or Tank, they are often unresponsive and I often have to die to enter the buildings once again.

P) Protoss Ground Units are extremely weak.

Q) Terran really loses out, they can't buy detectors or extra units, like Protoss.

R) The DT is really hard to level, since the Zerg can't detect, Protoss can't detect and Terran rarely comsats.

I think that's about it for now...I played the game for 10 hours, I think I should know if it's buggy or not. ;D

I really want to play this, but I'm totally confused.

As Zerg, moving beside the hive doesn't do anything. So I'm stuck with the 6 lings, which are way too weak to do anything.

As Terran or Protoss, when I exit buildings, I get stuck in some exit area and can't get out.

What's all this about?

You need to move your overlord to the hive. You just gotta keep trying with the terran/protoss.

Sometimes, if your near water or cliff and you morph into a dark archon/archon. You get stuck and the archon doesnt move to your location. Instead you get a centerview preserved onto nowhere.

Play it in Multiplayer as intended.

Just in case if anyone's wondering (like Ultimo), I've noticed and fixed some of the bugs listed, but I won't be releasing an update until after the current StarEdit contest.

Yo man I love it and i want to know when the finished version will be out. Also ive moded it a bit cause people didn't know how to change back to zelot in toss. But overall awesome man.

I've concluded that my entire WoS series is very complex for its lack of instructions, but the fix for this should be to make the instructions more explicit, not fix the gameplay to decrease the need for instructions.

its fun for a while, but it gets boring after a while... mostly because there isnt much to do besides die while trying to kill a cannon

Yes. Thanks for your support.

Personally I don't have grudges against people modifying my maps, but in his case I did not support it because of the reason I gave.

I moded the map before i was even part of this website, and its actually because of this map i came here. But it want that big, just made it less confusing for toss.
