No. Cookies are ran when you visit the site. You would have to delete them in order to log into another account; Thus, it's impossible (Even through a proxy) to run two accounts at a time

You can use two different browsers, and you can have a different web proxy for both.

Cookies are not required for logging in or site viewing. You could be using URL based sessions which wouldn't use cookies.
