Alright, So i got arrested for "backtalking" a police officer, I will repeat the conversation fully.


A cop pulled up to me and a few friends i had and began asking us a bunch of questions, He claimed to see two kids running from the cop car. I asked if running was agaisnt the law, The officer then replied "Oh so you want to be a smartalic huh?" I replied "No." Then he said "well that little remark you just made was" I'm like no acually not really. The officer then told me to turn around put my hands behind my back and told me i was arrested. What charges? he said Well you are preventing me from doing my job. Can anyone kindly explain, wtf just happened, I belive thats some screwed up shiz. I mean really how can you get arrested for talking? FREEDOM OF SPEECH, PIGGES!


So yea, did i diserve to get arrested? Now i half to pay like a 100$ fee and i have to see some stupid probation officer tuesday.

I have 3 witnesses. Gg to the police, I plan to if they try to send me back to jail.

I'm sure you weren't saying it in a calm way that you made it out to be, but I see what you're complaining about. Just explain to court that you meant no harm or disrespect in what you had said to the cop.

My Social Studies teacher is a lawyer. He told us that your technically allowed to even tell the cops to f*ck off and that there should be no offence. He said that the cops may accuse you of false charges though.

Are you sure you didn't do anything that pissed off the cop? Like maybe your tone of voice must of pissed him off? Are you telling the truth?

In this case freedom of speech isn't anything. Since he claims you prevented him from fulfilling his job, saying Freedom of Speech won't do anything. The reason you "prevented" from his job is by not taking his questions seriously, which can be covering up for something.

However in this case there was nothing to cover, and it was a simple question. The officer is probably begging for some money since his week has been really dry. So now he's been looking for anything to slam someone for a crime. There's always a temptation to backtalk to stupid doo doo head cops but they can do a lot, espically when they have many retarded cop friends with them.

In short you shouldn't have been arrested, and you should tell the officer to stop buying donuts if he wants money so badly.

Thats exactly what happened to me.
At least half of the police force in precinct 9 is fooles. Pretty much all the decent cops are black, female or hispanic.

You can sue the police officer for not telling you what you are being arrested for.

No one can prevent you from talking like that, asking if running is against the law and saying 'no' is in no way preventing the idiot cop from doing his job. You have 3 witnesses. Take this to court and get your money back .

Well seriously kiddies, who says something like that to a cop? That's just asking for problems. It didn't answer his question and it was also undermining his authority. Its just not a nice (or smart) thing to do.

I think for every one of the good nice cops, there are just as many bad ones. Life sucks, don't piss them off I geuss....

Some people are more rebellious then others, and those are the more interesting ones in most cases .
I just wouldn't piss him off, but still what the cop did is completely unconstitutional.

Yah. I had a similar experience with cops, except i actually did break the law, but not for what he was trying to pin on me. You see, i got really bored one night, so i took my paintball gun outside and being the smart person i am i decided "hey lets shoot some cars!!". So yah this guy pulled up outside my house with a rly loud car and he got out and i guess he went somewhere. so then i was like ''His car is too loud, so i shall shoot it''. So i pretty much color his car pink. When he comes back the guy isnt too happy. He looks around for about 10 minutes then drives away. So then being the even smarter guy i am i decide let's go on the street and shoot cars as they pass. Well after i finished doing that whilst walking to my house, the same guy who's car i shot came up behind me and like teh tried to pwnt me. So i are fire a few shots of teh paintball gun at him. But he is like superhuman black monkey power and tanks all the shots and i'm like . So then yah i got pwnt and he steals my gun AND my cell phone. so then i are like call my cell phone to talk to the looser. And he are all like ''You farked up my car, the paint isnt coming off and i just got a new paint job so i'm gonna sell ur sh1t to the pawn shop tomorow''. SO i'm all angry and like ''Hahaha u suck''. I found it funny that i ruined his paint job, but i was all sad that i just lost like 600 dollars worth of stuff. Then i realize that my parents are gonna figure it out.. so i have to wake them up at 2:15 AM. Then i'm like screwed. So we call the cops (i never told them about shooting the car). So yah the chill #2 cop who sees a lot of action come and he's all like. "yah this happens all the time" and he files a report. Then the next morning evil #4!!! cop comes. Well i guess i accidently shot my neighbors house (they happen to be indian). The meanie cop comes up and tries to say i've been vandalizing their house all year, broke into their car like a month ago, and did a bunch of other stuff which i didnt do. They he tries to convince my neighbors who are just like ''w t f'' to take me into court for hate crimes. Then i'm just like.. wtf. But my neighbors know me so they dont take me to court. Cops suck.

2 weeks later the cool #2 cop found the guy's car.

i took the fuxor to court and like ownt him.

im going to make a boycott against noob cops.

Maybe the punishment was a little too harsh, but I still think you were wrong. You know damn well that they wern't asking you about those two kids because they were running, they were asking about them because they probably did something wrong. Maybe next time you'll understand that the cops means business and doesn't want stupid remarks from a bunch of teenagers. Maybe next time you won't ask stupid questions, and take the cop's question seriously.
