Beating Halo 2 on legendary is pretty much pointless, there is no extra ending, no more maps, no speical secrets you get for beating it, its just the shear Pride in beating the game on legendary, I have heard that after you beat the game in legendary, a message that says "Coming Febuary 9th" appears in the credit, well I wanted to see for myself so I spent 3 days working to beat Halo 2 on legendary and finally I beat it, and to my dissapointment I GOT NOTHING !!!

SHeer pride is the whole point. To challenge yourself on harder levels and to showoff. Also there is not extra anything after you beat in legendary. There was a funny movie of a human marine and an elite hugging after you beat the first halo in legendary.

2. If a flying elite is to far away to hit with smgs then he is to far away to hit you with his plasma rifles. Also, the magnum is way more accurate than the smg, so use that for long range combat.

This is the best way to beat the part u are talking about. Its a small glitch i discovered and it works too, jump onto the catwalk, and there are 2 plasma turrets. Melee the small box that is by them until it is were u would be if u were firing the turret. then get onto the turret and u are IN the BOX while shooting the enemies. They will not fire back unless u did this wrong. If u have any more questions then just PM me. Oh and to prove that i am good, i have beaten every level on legendary except Quarantine Zone...

Ok quaratine zone is hard on legendary but its possible, and im pretty sure you can do it if you drive the vehicles and let the allies shoot. Make sure your allies survive they are very good. And vanilla, if it you put your real birthday, its not like anyone can trace you, and im also pretty sure that that is your real birth year, cause you CANNOT be older than 14.

Id just have to say that the best combo of all time would have to be. have the battle rifle on one weapon slot, and the plasma pistol in the other. The carine also ca replace the battle rifle. Usen this combo you can take out pretty much any force, without brutes in it, for brute you gotta pull out another strategy. ie. shoot them in the head a

load with anything that coutns headshots. ie. magnum, carbine, sniper rifles, (rockets count for headshots but doesnt matter lol). another good way to beat brutes is get em to go bezerk then melee their ass... but that might only work for me. w/e usen these two startigies u can beat pretty much anyhting... except for those damn jackles. (HOW IS A ONE SHOT KILL WITH A SNIPER NO MATTER WHERE THEY HIT YOU EVEN REMOTELY FAIR?) well gl.

I noticed it a long time ago. Never bothered to say anything about it.

Hehe `BiG~kAhOoNa`, you can't even beat the level where all you do is check your look up, down, left, right and go in the elevator with Johnson?

that is the FIRST level in single player. The second level is where all the fighting starts.

Ok sorry if I'm bragging but the people on Live are much better then Legendary AI so after playing on Live for a while I thought legendary was too easy. But hell, best 2 combos ever:

Battle Rifle+Plasma Pistol
Plasma Pistol+Magnum

Lol. Oh yeah, beating the look up, down, left, right level is hard. I always lose when I get to do the shield regeneration thing. I can never stand in the square. But bleh... Screw legendary. It's too hard. I couldn't even imagine trying to kill some of those Brutes on legendary...

That level is freaking impossible. The thing that drains your shield takes for ever to kill.

HAHAH...obviously you are lieing. No one have ever told you that the sheild thingy is hard because we are all joking lol...you just stand there and wait for it to regenerate your shields. You cannot dies there. You are one funny guy

ummmmmm you cant throw 2 grenades and kill them all that easily at the beginning in legendary, it takes about 3 frags to be sure you kill an elite, and most of the time they dodge it, not the mention that their shield recharges, and they dont all come at the same time at that part, they come randomly, so...........its not the easiest part
