Hmm.

First off, I saw something about black being enslaved. Well, guess what, every race has been enslaved at one point in time.

Also, the ghettos. What about Europe? In the UK, there really aren't many ghettos. Why? Because the people there do work to get out of them and make them better.

And we do have things to help the poor. Welfare. But guess what? Alot of people use money that they might get from having extra kids to buy drugs, things for themselves, ect.

And you say it's because the minorities are oppressed. As far as I can see, most minorities make it fine in this world. Asians, Indians, Middle Easterners, all oppressed, yet they all do fine. In fact, even some of the races that are considered stupid than the rest still have those people who end up with a great job and money.

In fact, from what I've seen, whites are becoming one of the more lazier races. They blame everything on everyone else, eg. "The immigrants stole my job!": Yeah, no they didn't, you were to lazy to get it or too crappy to keep it.

Whites may be becoming lazier, but most blacks are even lazier. No offense or anything, but its generally true.

There are good eggs in every race.

But we can make it as fair as we can by giving all <insert word for people here> the same oppurtunities. Today we don't.

Thats similar to my motto when someone says 'Life is unfair'.

We should try to make it fair.

You never said you didn't, so I assumed you did. It wasn't in quotes, nor did it contain a (from etc) statement.

my family lived in Croatia (Europe) and moved to America in 1995 due to a war between Bosnia and Hercegovina and Serbia. They wanted a better life for me (I was 6 at the time I arrived to the US).

We came with barely any money (Something like $50-$100). Luckily we knew a previous family that had moved here and they let us stay in their apartment while we found one for ourselves.

::Fast forward 10 years::
My dads held the same job since moving here, my mom went from working to a stay at home mom (new baby boy), to working again

We moved from our first 1 room apartment to a 2 room apartment a few years later... And now we live in a $160,000 3 bedroom house.

Our income isnt anything spectacular but my dad can keep the family afloat if needed be.

I started 1st grade not knowing a word. The best memory I have of this is when I was thirsty and I would pretend to be holding a cup and drinking water untill I learned how to say it. I went to private schools my entire life untill highschool. Im a junior now and am aboe average compared to most students at my school. And all this comming from not knowing a word of English where as the average American at my age (then 6) knew how to talk already.

One of the reasons my parents enrolled me in Catholic schools was because they saw what kind of people went to public schools and those "stories" people told them about public schools. In Croatia there are almost no black people and I had never seen one in that country untill I revisited it a few years ago. So of course when my parents moved to the US and of course we moved into a poorer neighborhood and they saw what blacks did. That made them send me to a private school. My parents are racist and to some extent so am I.

Like previous posters theres no reason why you cant succeed here. It suprises me to this day how people that are born here, grow up here, can be in worse off shape then we used to be. They dont dont give a "fark" this goes for every race too. You choose to do drugs, not work, blame others. You dont do anything about it. This is what America is becomming. People blame others for their problems. Theres plenty of people that have made it legitly. Theres no reason why any other race cant.

"its a necessary evil"
---------
One day last year me and my friend went into the city (where I grew up) to watch this girls school play.

Since we got there early we decided to stop by the Bread Co. On our way back it was pretty dark but only around 7pm. We were walking across the street from this group of african american gentlemen in their teens and as soon as we passed them (on the other side of the street) two crossed over and started following us. A few seconds later one of them elbows my friend in the back. We took off running (because we had money, there were 12+ of them, and we were just two white scrawny kids). The adrenaline was pushing me fast but my friend wasent quite in shape ; we split up but afterwards met back up just a few blocks away.

What made these black guys do what they did? If they wanted to they could have killed us both. We never gave them any looks they they sure as hell were watching us like we had spit on them.

Its things like that that piss me off and generally hate black people. Knowing I have to worry about getting jumped by 12 guys in the city for doing nothing is a scary thought.

Gotta love my sweet suburbia...
