I think your beach is really good...

Idea on how to erace the dirt... You could mixx together the cliff with the water coastal cliff to make it look like a real beach... Although it could take more work i think it would look cool... not that it alredy doesn't look good tongue.gif

_Void, in the map, I tried to attack several times and I got no responce... don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong or a problem with the map; just figured I'd point that out so you could either tell me I'm stupid or help you out.

_In any case, the town is nice and as for the rest of the terrain, it's great too. tongue.gif
Out of the little amount of testing I got to do, I was still amazed at how much better you've gotten.

Anyways, just one question. Are enemies really spread out?, and will it glitch up if 2 or more enemies get in range?

The terrain in the map is one of the features I really did enjoy.

IF it was the Dark Beam or Annihilator Beam, then that's ok because i havnt done the triggers for those 2 beam weapons.
Other then that, it never happened to me. ermm.gif

I made triggers so ONLY 1 enemy can be targeted, so dont worry about that.
And in Metroid Prime 1 & 2, the enemies are stationary until you come in range, so i made it that when they come in target range the'll move around. The enemies wont be to spread apart.

the beach terrain looks awesome wink.gif and another thing..ill censored.gif ing kill the first person to diss this map....this is one of the best maps ive seen out in a while(besides the DK trilogy) whistling.gif rifle.gif ill have to bust out a AK47 and start poppin melons if anyone disses this map, anyway its looking really good keep up the good work..i cant wait to see the diff beams biggrin.gif

Haha, good. It was those two weapons.

_My only criticism is that the weapon system is beginning to be overused. I've seen it in map, after map, after map, after map... beginning to get old though.

_I don't think it will matter much personally though because the battle system is so amazing unique; people will enjoy that enough and already be familiarized with the weapon alternating, so I think it will work out quite well.

_One more criticism is the center of the map's terrain, it's a bit bland. I think you should add more doodads or blocking terrain.

I've personally never seen the way i made it to select and fire the weapon in a different map, they might have used it to SELECT the weapon, but did they use it to select AND attack?

And the middle of the map, or around that... I havn't done anything with that terrain yet. But it will get much better.

disgust.gif ok, this map is prolly no where near completion so yea the terrain isnt all going to be there yet aE closedeyes.gif u have to give it time...its not like he released the map already..hes still got work to do...and ive nvr seen his battle system in any other map so idk what ure talking about..maybe the way u select ure weapon..but not attacking

I have made it so Shriekbat's (Scourge's) can attack Samus Aran (Sarah Kerrigan) and takes away health happy.gif, the future shall have more.


[ OTHER INFORMATION ]

Beach Terrain: It it not coming along so smoothly disgust.gif, because the water/dirt tiles don't want to blend in as well as we all thought they would... But i'll keep trying different ways to get it to blend!

God...tired of deleting 19 trigger boxes...then copying the trigger box left over 99 times and modifying each one in both action and condition...then renaming 50+ other triggers.
anyways...

[ SUGGESTIONS? ]

VOTE 1: Should i put an area to the side of the map where... when you encounter an enemy and see its stats, should i make it so WHEN you see the enemies stats, it will create a replica to that area for information and viewing? Like the Enemy Log Book.

VOTE 2: Or should i make a text log (more advanced), where i could make a building, when you build a unit 4 units representing options (1,2,3, and 4), and you use a unit to enter the log book, it'll ask something like

1) Creature Log
2) Luminoth Lore
3) Aether Studies
4) Exit Log Book

(Need to find out real log names)
and when you select the option, it will bring more text showing more options until you reach a real text where it gives the information.. (about enemies, samus's gadgets, weapons, bosses, luminoth lore, etc)

i dunno Void, if you do the Second option your going to run into some truoble....Think about it, as far as as i can see Echoes looks to be about 30-35%done, You still have a Sh*t-Load of stuff to do anyways...i think you should stick with option 1, it would be better w00t.gif
