How can you prove that the Xbox grpahics were even the game graphics? And plus, they SUCKED even if they improve 3x. That was Xbox graphics to me...

PS3 graphics = about 35x more powerful than PS2
Xbox 360 graphics = 3x more powerful than the graphics you saw...

fact is ps3 is better in every way then the xbox mybe not online multi but it is better especialy with its new online multi i think called something world or something like that i forgot but it is going to be like xbox live but better

ps3 is good many people prefer cause xbox is new and fresh and many people just like the graphics it had at the time ps2 had been out for like a yor or 2 when xbox came out and they were dissing ps2 cause graphics well duh its like 1-2 yr old and they never knew they would need to compete with xbox

I'm going to buy both when they come out. I'm an avid PS fan and can't wait for Killzone 2, but at the same time Gears of War has gotten my interest as well. So instead of choosing one and then wanting the other, I'll just get both. ANd hell, I think the Revolution will rock as well. Nintendo is too cool to even show their controllers at E3.

Ok fine, from what I hear (and I talked to many people).

X-box 360 and PS3 of course will have the same graphics, it's been a consern to many people that PS3 owns X-box 360 for graphics... Not anymore.

PS3 will be having more expenzive games, which means you usually pay 50$ for a game, now it may be 80$+. So many people will decide not to buy the games.

X-box 360 will be the same, so more people would rather pay 50$ instead of 80$+? I would.

That sounds made up to me.

Most of the movies I've seen for the PS3 games aren't gameplay footage, but they are rendered in the PS3 engine, meaning that they will look just like that when you play the game (IE: MGS4, DarkSector, WarHawk).

exactly i think thats made up about 80$+ sony wont be making money if its 80 dollars if it was i would buy like a mo ped with the money toltal from 2 games

Yeah, sounds like a rumor to me. Or at least thats what I heard from my friend who heard it from his father who heard it from his friend who knows this guy who works at Blizzard.

its not 80+, but EGM was talking about some price raisng, but i read it 4 months ago, and from what i remember they were talking about Halo. But im not going to state it because i forget what it said.

If a game is using blue ray discs, I can see a price raise. But otherwise, I see no need.

And for anyone who doesn't know the capability of blue ray discs, they are said to be able to hold up to 100GB of information. Current DVD's hold about 7GB max. So that means your games and movies and shit will have a lot more space and freedom than they did before. More movie sequences, more levels, less requirement to install/compress files. This all means faster load times, better gameplay, more replayability.

No more DVD sets of 3 movies and several discs for special features, it can now all fit on 1 disc.

Unfortunately X-box can't read blue-ray and Nintendo hasn't said anything about whether or not their new system can.

I don't know. But the PS3 is the only console right now that has stated it can read blue-ray discs.

I wouldn't doubt it. It gives companies much more freedom with what they can create. The PS3 won't even need a Hard drive.
