HolySin: I assumed Con had to shoot at someone.
And it is assumptions that can blind us from the answer.
ADDITION:
Also, I believe the answer to the "1104180" question has to do with the sound.
"One nothing, for one ate nothing."
Some message like that.

You and your friend have lunch at a reasaurant. When you leave, your friend pays for his meal, but you hand the waiter a note saying:
1104180
The waiter takes the note and you leave without paying anything. What did the note mean?

I've seen this riddle before... I know thats the correct answer...
If that's the answer, I did a pretty good attempt on the riddle.
One won nothing, for one ate nothing?

1)If a tree falls in a forest and no one or nothing is there to listen, does it make a sound?
Note: this HAS an answer!

2)You're waiting for your mom to come out to drive you to the DMV to get your permit, so you decided to practice with the car in the nearby public parking lot. The car is currently facing north. While you were practicing, you would've turned the car 62 degrees clockwise, 43 degrees counterclockwise, and then 116 degrees counterclockwise.
What direction is the car now facing?

it's not your car, and you're not REALLY driving it, you are pretending you are. so the car is still facing North.

1. Yes
2. North
I should've been more clear for question one. You need to give a REASON of why you think it's "yes" or "no".
Besides that; good job trigga it's north! (Oh.. and it's your mom's car, but you don't have the keys.)
Yes, because sound is caused by vibrations, and the tree falling would cause vibrations, no matter if someone was there to listen or not.
The tree smacking against the ground would make a pretty good noise. The crackling of the branches would make a good noise.
Oh, and another answer, since you said "nothing was around," then that means the tree wasn't around, therefore nothing made a noise! Gasp.
It's like asking, does anything really exist if I'm not there to observe it? How do I know that the past really happened, maybe the records are all fake. Maybe "life" began when I was born and you are all part of my imagination. How do I know that you actually exist?
I'm giving the minerals to voyager; he was very close.
Sound comes from our observations, so NO, there would not be a sound. Yes, if there was someone there we would say it makes a loud thud, BUT sound is not defined as an absolute thing; it is merely an observed effect.
Therefore, sound does not occur, but as Voyager said, the vibrations and effects do, whether or not a person is there to listen to it. A person can come to the spot after it's happened and see the effects, and maybe see ripples in a nearby puddle.
In other words, sound exists by way of observation. If there is NOTHING that has hearing capabilities to hear it, then it does not make a sound. Understand? Or, you could say it does make it sound, but it doesn't matter because it will still be considered as lacking sound.
ADDITION:
Well anyways.. new riddle!
You open me, yet I am still locked.
You turn me on, yet I am still locked.
To unlock me, you must answer two questions which you already know.
When you finally unlock me, you do not desire what is inside me, but what is outside of me.
What am I?

A Spouse?
ADDITION:
Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is
.Is it "language"?
No it's not spouse
