uhm im not no trigger expert but i think you just do ammo system and apply it to a zergling like. user brings whatever to where ever and boom u have a zergling (morph ball)

Hmmm, that sounds like a good idea. I'll need to restrict the beams to Sarah Kerrigan and bombs to Morph Ball, bomb, and power bomb can destory certain structures. I guess i'll start working on the Morph Ball now.

it works like this...First of all you take a zergling or other burrowing unit, and put it in an unsed area then make sure it starts out burrowed then triggers go like this..

Players-Player 1

Conditions-Player 1 brings exactly 1 samus to "Morphball"
Player 8 Brings exactly 1 zergling to "Reload"
Switch MorphbALL IS SET

Actions-Issue order to all Zerg ovelord Move to "Relaod"
wait for 500 milliseconds
Clear "Morphball"

I think your arena is a good idea...

It looked really good... Ya the player colors look weird on mini map... Loved the way you used the pylon aura...

Morph Ball: Never played any metraid games... is morph ball when samus turns into a bal and can rool around and use bombs?

yeah i know wbout the mini-map colours, so i changed them to P12, now it looks way more on map editor mini-map AND in game wink.gif.

yeah, and can go in smaller areas and destroy certain structures.

How r the metroids coming? Can they only attack you by latching onto you?

Are you going to make small spaces with certain types of terrain so only the morph ball can go there? That would be a neat way to make people revisit old areas of you wanted them to.

Yeah, i'm going to make some paths, areas, where you can only access when in morph ball, and some doors can only be opened by using Power Bomb. wink.gif

I'm currently working on making the triggers that allow you to morph into a morph ball. Then i'll work on the Metroids. wink.gif

With that you could create interesting affects, like buildings placed to only allow Morph through until they do some to destroy the rest of it.

[justify]Yeah, that sounds like it would be a great feature. If you were to go through a path on foot, then when you get what you
need and leave...it would maybe 'cave in' so later on in the game, when new items are spawned there, you'll need morph ball
to get through.

And the heck with it...i'll just fix the glitches, finish terrain, and make the following weapons; Power Beam, Dark Beam, and
Morph ball available and call it a demo. wink.gif Happy?[/justify]

Just a question that I was thinking about, but how many sprites do you have in your map right now archon?

I think you can get away with about 800 sprites in your map, if your going with a Single Unit for hte player and no big battles.

You should rename the map. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is already taken. You're making up your own storyline. Towns? Since when? People? Huh?

Your terrain needs some work I would assume, and your "beach" doesn't exactly look like a beach...

How is Metroid Prime 2: Echoes taken?...
I was actually changing the civilains and people to high templars, and i'm making up PARTIAL story-lines, it can never be exact...and about the beach, i have not seen ANYONE do a better beach, and i doupt someone can, im also making the water close to the light dirt, other then that i don't really care.
