Just one question, are you rewarded with some of these after playing XX amount of time on Survival? Sorry if this question was already asked, I didn't feel like reading 12 pages of posts. 'Cause I tried real hard on survival and only got to about.. 2.5 Minutes or so (I can't aim that well.)

You get extra money for holding out on survival. I don't remember if you get any passwords, though (that one money one in particular, I mean; you shouldn't get any of the others from it, or anything new past 10 minutes for that matter).

While my professor of Math were giving us our homeworks, I've though about some ideas for the episode 2 of Rush (don't forget I'm not the best in english) :


1st :
Chapter ? : The magic forest
What happens :
- If you go too near to a tree for more then 6 seconds, you die
- For the rest... I'm sure you can imagine something cool


2nd :
Chapter ? : The blind clouds
What happens :
- You have Fog Of War (FOW) that aren't "remove" when you goes in
- There is torches that are randomly created somewhere and each time you die, they are removed and appear somewhere else
- You can fall from the clouds


3rd :
Chapter ? : The black holes
What happens :
- Switchs system : 3 switches for the time of attraction of the black holes, 5 switches for the place where the black hole appear, 3 switches to randomize more the 5 switches that makes the black hole appear somewhere (If you don't understand me, I can make you a BEAUTIFUL (sarcastic) drawing to help you)
- For the rest, I'm sure you can imagine something good


4th :
Chapter ? : ?
Style : Jail break (bound + dodge + others)

E#2 = End #2 (so he will have a choice to do (one will be trapped?))
The "like square" under the grid is where your Infested Terran will control the Zergling (going up will makes the zergling go up, etc...)

Worms -> I make a reference somewhere... you just have to play to it and you will know of what I was talking
4 Bounds Bound -> I took the first bound of the down left bound and modified it a little in my drawing...
test -> For the jail break part, I've talked about a new type of bound... it is an exemple of how it works... I made it in like 10-20 minutes... but it works well!

I can work every nights if you want, but only between 12 AM and 4h30 AM (cause my parents deprivated me from the computer sorry.gif ) and the week-end, I can work for 1h00 to 1h30 per day the day, and 1h30 AM to 5h30 AM the night...

P.S. It would be great that you have MSN to comminicate a lil' bit faster then samples messages with hotmail...

payne I actually haven't even started on Ep.2 yet officially. Before I do I need a few prototypes, the most important of which is for the new unlimited range gunner system I'm gonna use. When I have that and the others, as well as having my current map done (a seperate thing I want to get out of the way first), I'll be ready to start.

I'm not gonna dwell on ideas until then, though. The last thing I need is more distractions.

Heh when I played this map it was so hard, (but I'm not that good at sc maps anyways) but I loved the effects and the map overall, whoa I never new there were cheats lol.

Amazing! I look at the triggers and I see how you did it, but the whole map is a masterpeice of triggers and terrain, I may know how to do the triggers, but fitting all of them into one map, that was the hard part, great job Tux! This is the most addicting, exciting and fast-paced SC map I have ever played!

Hey, by the way, i found an error in your map... but it doesnt happen all the time...
It's when you finished to kill boss #1...
Just before getting Vulture... i've saw Ultras... and it screwed up all the rest of the game I think... when I finished that level, the Burrowed-Blinded Hydra that is supposed to reduce our vision were stuck in the trafic of al these Ultra (That didn't die when the CC pass over them!)!
So... what do you think about that?

The burrowed vision unit shouldn't be affected by the ultralisk stuff. Doubt I'll bother with fixing it now since I've got my hands full with newer stuff. Hopefully it stays rare and I won't have to worry about it.

Oh yeah, and I'm near finished writing up the outline for Ep.2, for those who want to know. Won't be starting on it just yet, though.

I'm surprised this thread is still around...

Oh, and there is one thing about 1.14 compatibility. The 'invisible' color appears as red. So you can see 'zergling' 'zealot' 'science vessel'. I gotta ask, why did you change the names i.e. zerg zergling to zergling if they were just going to be invisible?

I was gonna name them originally before I decided people don't care about names that much. But I know that Zerg Zergling and Protoss Zealot look unprofessional, so I just blanked them out and was done with it. I didn't delete them though because it would mean having to guess which unit was which when editing with SCXE if I did.

Deathmatch? The gunner system can only work with one player at a time. (or two if you use a corsair, which is not a good choice for the gunner system).

EDIT: You can actually, you just have to use some advanced procedures to find out who fired the shot, but it is impossible to know who fired the shot in all circumstances. For instance, I think he was going to find out if they were moving or not for one part of the process of elimination, but naturally, there will be times when more than one person is not moving.

Or you can do it so that is kinda like PvsP but each with a different set of arenas and wat not. That way its easy to detect whos players swarm it was.
