The bank is now hereby Closed. All transactions and accounts are null and void. Money will be refunded to 500 or total value of account (whichever is less) on a case-by case basis until I have no more left (must save 9000). money will be refunded to 500 based on biggest depositors first.
You did. By participating in the bank, you give me your minerals under an actual liscence agreement of 500 insured. And to shut you up, you still get 500. This happens in real life too.
I may bring back the bank (sort of) but as a safe-deposit only, non-profit service. If I do, there would be no fees, no interest, and no loans.

The thing is that it was your fault that the bank lost that money. I don't think that your insurance claim covers that. Also, I donated my money knowing that it would be loaned to other LEGITIMATE members. The thing is that right now you have 9,000 minerals and I only have 500. Considering that I put more than 6000 into the bank, you owe me. You cannot profit from this DT. I am sueing you for my lost minerals because you handled them frivolously.

Yes I can refuse it, but what i was saying is that there is no guarantee that loans will only be given to "qualified" members.

I'm just saying you shouldn't have been so lenient with who you gave the money to. What kind of background checks did you do on the people asking for loans?

Alright. Members recieved a percentage of what was in this bank. You did not recieve a full refund because we are not supporting the interest you gained. I really don't care if you think it's too small of a refund, you should be happy you got anything at all. If you think it is too much, pm me and I'll be happy to knock it down some for you.

Finally, there will not be any kind of member "bank", "holding area", or anything remotely similar again. If you send ANYONE your money, it's at your own risk. I will not be handling any more complaints that start off with "I sent <name> my minerals and they stole them!"
