who do u think will win nerds or the cool people. the is serious about life that cool people need to respect the nerds for what they done to the world. we wouldnt have any of this technology of this. the cool people only want the nerds to put pressure on them so they can make their anger go on their work and create something really cool of it. what do yall think of this.

Cool people are usually self centered and self-focused because they are afraid that they will no longer be accepted if they do something wrong.

Nerds are typically (or, the ones I know) comfortable in their skin.
Some are not, granted...but I like them.
Being comfortable in one's own skin is a major turn on for most girls. FYI.

Reminds me of a conversation I had on the bus...quite ammusing...this guy gave me a look saying "wow, she knows what a USB port is?" my friend needed help with his computer...but still.

Haha... I would give an arm for a "cool" female that was also a "nerd". All my relationships are with girls who don't know anything about even basic OS things.

Anyways... "cool" and "nerd" are both subjectively placed by your own mind. Does knowing stuff about computers/technology automatically make you a nerd? Does going to parties constantly to get drunk with your friends make you cool? Nerds only have the bad connotations on the word that you are placing on them. Nerds aren't really something to profile people, it's more like a subprofile catagory. However, the way you are using "cool" to describe a certain group of people makes it a group I would certainly despise for their ignorance and arrogance (probably what kamey was saying).

Besides, you don't have to have alcohol and drugs to have fun, n00bs. My friends come over all the time (or I go to their house, or a movie, etc) and we never drink or smoke. It's so unappealing...

If there were no nerds there wouldnt be such thing as 'cool' i can be either at times...when at home alone im a 'nerd' but anywhere else im 'cool'. but if it were a fight with fists, cool would win.

Cool People: They see one person do something new and cool, and now everyone does it! It's not cool anymore, since everyone does it, but doing it makes them cool!
