Anyone remember Padoraths Return rpg? The Mage had a Location centered on its dark swarm, then everytime the dark swarm was created u got a ling. When you control 0 lings dark swarm die. I'm trying to do a similar Thing in a map of mine, but i'm using a Disruption Web. Anyone Know how to Make the Game read when you create a Disruption Web?

Or Dark swarm? My Map won't read the x-tra units, so the locations wont center...

Remember disruptors web and dark warm is player 12 owned. So I assume you made the it be centerlocation on darkwarm owned by p1? Try changing it to p12.

Thanks alot, but what editor would i use for that? Could i use SCM Draft for that without corrupting my map?
I wouldn't suggest using SCMDraft for triggers right now, it's trigger editor(I assume you have v0.4.X or v0.4.5 with plug-in) is quite buggy beacuse the trigger editor is still in early Beta.
i would suggest using Starforge v2.2 instead.

Thanks Beer, but if i use Starforge will it configure all my terrain for x-tra editor into Square or rectangular terrain?

Your terrain will remaine the same.
I haven't used SF in a while but if I recall it won't mess up the terrain if you don't touch it, same with locations.
Just save another back up map so you have 2 copies just in case.
You could just use Extra. make the trigger for All Players. (Center location on distruption web for All Players). it counts for p12

Thanks dark we think alike. That's exactly what i did for my map, and it works just fine, thanks anyway every1 else, you all were a big Help.
You should be carefull though. If multiple players can cast dark swarm to get a ling or whatever you are doing...there may be problems. It won't know who casted the swarm so i'll create the unit for the top most player. You can fix this by putting large location around the defiler or corsair and include that the player brings that unit to the loctaion along with the web or swarm.

Thanks for your concern but that won't be a problem, triggs are controlled of course for diff conditions so that won't happen. My last question will be this,...
How do you make the Disruption Web/Dark Swarm Spell not disappear?
I can't figure it out... Does the Spell have energy counters or something? or does it just need to be controlled by a neutral player or player not in the game?

I dont think you cant make it not disappear. i could be wrong though.
Well You can maybe re-create the web once it goes away and if the zergling is still there. There is no way to making the web stay forever but I could be wrong.

Thanks and btw to everyone else who said some crud about a zergling...
It was just an example from another map, I like to be creative, so i have my own thingy for this. It doesn't create a zergling, or any other unit for that matter, thanks anyways I'll figure it out 1 day, but for now i'll just stick with using the time it gives me until the spells disappear.

there is a way, but I don't recommend it because it could make the game REAL laggy. Basicly, when a dark swarm is created, create another unit (such as a burrowed unit). Make a trigger that will constantly center a location on this unit, and if a dark swarm isn't at the location and the unit isn't in the location, then create a dark swarm there. I strongly recommend using hypertriggers for this.
