Idea:
Move all the tutorials to a sub forum in Map Making Assistance and allow posting, moderators can decide whether or not to allow newly posted tutorials to stay (delete if not a good one, clean up - grammar/spellcheck - if acceptable) and people can post problems about using the tutorial in the actual tutorial thread (kinda like technical support on programs in the DLDB). Keeping the tutorials DB link at the top to the current (soon to be old if this is implemented) database and add one to go to the MMA forum.
