Ya halo2 is the best, but only on xbox live. Its ok on campaign too.
all the other games up there get boring cept for world of warcraft havent played that yet

Wow theres over about 20 of theses threads now .....
My fav is FF1 its a fantasic old rpg from 1987 with its classic turn based system equals a new world of playing rpg's!

Put of thoses games i would have to choss san andreas because it was awesome, good jumps, great story line, and i twas just a great overall game

Chrono Trigger, Harvest Moon (snes), Super Mario RPG. These games make me yearn for a traditional RPG. But current day people just cant make them. 
Square Soft was the only company I ever knew that made the real RPG's. Now Square Enix is just focused on good graphics and thin clothes.

I just gatta say starcraft, its the game that keeps you coming back for more, the other games...well to me, they're just other games, repetitive. In other, i would pick "probobly" final fantasy 9.

Starcraft...because it has many possibilities for each new comer to explore, and there will still be more possibilites to come when you know all about Starcraft. There is always something new in SC

After a LONG time of playing StarCraft, I generally take a break and play something like Battlefield Vietnam or Unreal Tournament 2004.
But within a month or so, I'm always right back to StarCraft. This defines my videogaming life.

ya i like halo 2 better than starcraft amazingly but thats only i just got my hands on a copy of it i have been waiting to get one forever

My favorite game is metal gear solid 3 it is a million times better than #2 because you can use CQC to take down or kill enemies, you can force info out of them with your army knife, you can have a multitude of weapons like the smg or colt 45. Mag or the mk-22 tranquilizer pistol, or my personal favorite the patriot.
Right now I’m working on shooting all the gako frogs so I can get the infinite face paint, which is rumored to give you infinite ammo for any gun you are using at the time.
I would also like to get the e-z gun for all difficulties. But to do that I have to capture or kill all 48 species of animals and plants. I think that will be very hard
Another game I like is called ratchet and clank up your arsenal. It has so many inventive weapons like the morpho-ray, which turns enemies into farm animals like pigs, goats, sheep, and ducks. My second favorite weapon is the mini rocket tube. I also like the lava and blitz guns.
My favorite weapon in the game though is the mini turret glove, because all you do is throw one out and the turret does the work for you.
My favorite arcade game on star edit is demonic defense because it is probably the most simple other than snake.
