Move staredit into the downloads group and rename that group as Programs or something.
Why do we even have a staredit forum? It's not that big of an editor.

Its more for discussion about the editor in which it is global.... theres no other real forum that fits in that category that is neutral...
HMmmm what if... rename downloads related to generic mapping...
Everything would fit in that category.
