can u tell me what does it mean or its a useless word in that title

like the old clan channels, op is operated and moderated, same conect, just means the channel can boot and kick and ban whoever it wants.

op youraccountname


and u control that channel, any1 can join, but its urs to control

It's short for 'User Operated Channel'.
