When posting a melee map, it is tradition to post a jpg of the map plus the download and a description of the map and the gameplay you were going for.
I've seen nothing of the sort every since the melee map forum's came to SEN.
Please take my post by example, and let people see your map before they play it:

You can use the SCM/SCX -> JPEG and make a normal size image of the map. Then post the link or the attachment (it will auto-resize so as not to flood the board) for people to view. You can find this program in the DLDB:

what program did you use? i downloaded a map to jpg conveter, but the jpg turned out to be 100 kb.

with my newest version of power butter its 124 kb

hey i dont know how to post a map on this? can you guys tell me? Like how do i send it to this orum for people to download? im not a computer person, im just good at SC and mapediter. So if you could give me like a walkthrough or something, that would be really cool. thanks.

you browse for it at the bottom of your post and click Add this Attachment.

DO you guys know if there is a scm/ scx converter for mac? or will i havew to rely on me freinds with a pc to make an image of map?

I'm an expert using that program.
Just tell it to open the map and then click on make a .jpg(this will eb the mini-map picture)
Then you just go to one of the top menus and click Make Mini-Map picture.
It's really about knowing where everythign is. it's quite simple to use.

no, keg i had the otherone, the one that had infran veiw, or something like that, it was crap, i have map generator now.
