I was wondering if the people running SEN could compile a group of zip files containing all the maps in the achives they have... in date order so like 2 months of maps per pack or something like that, so ppl dont have to go through the painstaking process of downloading and unziping(obviously only the zipped ones) the maps and then putting them in the maps folder, this would also speed if up for ppl with 56k(probably) alowing them to download all maps submitted in the last 1-2 months instead of 1 at a time, and loading all the pages up. You could also do like:
"Good Defence Maps"
"Random Defence maps"
"1v1,2v2,3v3,4v4,Ffa(5 different ones)"
"Best X type maps"
"Recomended UMS Maps"
etc etc
Also i like the thing on the main page with the 4 maps.

The closest thing to that happening I can see is a torrent. I was going to suggest that to Yoshi/IP anyway.

Having access to something like this would be bad for our bandwidth. Instead of chosing maps they like, they'll download 100 bound maps in one click.
If you return every week or month, you can just look at the new maps, their names, descriptions, authors and minimap shots (they're all there to help you choose cool maps). Download em, give em a try.
I don't want our downloads database to be avaliable in bulk though. It helps webmasters with crappy sites to download everything really quickly to throw on their website.
We have worked extremely hard to insure that all the maps in there are worth playing for everyone. Fakes and rigged are non existant. We got a 70% approval rate on all maps submitted, that has to show for something

Yes, they're all in our downloads database under "featured".
