I cannot change the file download for any file. If it already has a file or a screenshot, whenever I try to upload a different one, I get an error.
It says File cannot be removed.
Anyway, I kept trying to edit the certain file, one that I've had 3 reports of broken link in this past couple hours.

I have no problem with it. I changed a space in the text and everything went smoothly.

Unless you fixed it, I just downloaded it just fine.
BTW: I see that some changes were made in the DLDB. They looks uglier than the other version.

Yoshi made some changes and fixed it. There was a certain part of the edit function that was left out. And I guess that was
