This is really farkin odd. Ok I turn my computer on and I get the 
from windows sayin:CRYPT32.DLL is linked to missing export
ADVAPI32.DLL; SystemFunction041
..... Yeah I have no idea whats going on. But it gets worse! I open up my documents and I get:
Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version
File "WININET.DLL", error 31
..... Yup. Now when I try to open SC I get this HUGE bull
message saying I don't have ddraw.dll which is part of directX.So I go to install directX and it says the file doesn't exist and yet I just clicked it to install it
.So now I go try to open up World of Warcraft, it says it doesn't exist
. I try Gunbound... doesn't exist . Half-Life... doesn't exist . So now I'm thinking... YOU WINBLOWS!!!Anyone know how I can fix this?

no idea, but im gonna guess a virus. Go online and get a virus protection for you computer like McAffee. Otherwise i got no idea.

I'm not sure this is the best place to ask for computer help. Remember, we're all Starcraft geeks and make maps. But i can easily understand why you'd ask here. All those other help sites and stuff dont do jack anything and usually you'd have to wait like days or weeks to get help.
And whenever we get help through the phone, it would always be some foreigner guy that can't speak or understand english very well (mostly indians, no offense to any of you guys). Talking to them is like talking to and echoing hallway.

If your games do not exist. Check the "Program Files" folder and check to see they really don't exist. Check your C:\ drive or where your games are installed. Make sure the free space is approximately the same amount as before the glitch. If not, and there is a huge amount of free space, reinstall your games.

No see the thing is people, all of those files are existant otherwise I wouldn't be posting here. Oh and my virus scanner somehow doesn't exist and the installer that I just clicked a little while ago doesn't exist either. Even though it's there and I just clicked on it.
