How do we get the minerals on the hill? There is not enough room to make a CC or etc. Do we need to unload the peon units mine it, then transport them back down and go back again? Or...do we just don't use those minerals.

Dude that was the point. Sometimes, people are really greeding and/or are noob as hell and try to get those. They also kinda add to the sense that it's a caldera considering how calderas sometimes have precious materials in 'em.

It would be extremely easy to just park a few early Siege Tanks up on there and watch the enemy's main crumble.

Hmmm... good point. Well then I'll either fix it or let people fight about it because either side can do it cant they? It's also at an equal length so none has an advantage over the other. I don't see anything wrong with it. Both people can do it easily.

You should fix it....I don't think people fighting about it would fix anything, And the person who does get the first tank's up there, Will pretty much have and advantage.

Map #1 is a bit unbalanced. Terran will surely win if we gets tank causing easy havoc on the other players peons. Red has more staring space than Blue. Red has a Structure Terrain Cliff slightly southward than Blue;s giving red the advantage of making Blue's troops move to another direction to get any units on the cliff. As opposed to Blue because when Red attacks, his units keep going on the same path.

Map #2 is very unbalanced. Red has 4 adjacent islands while Teal and Blue only have 2 to each one. Teal barely has any starting terrain to build on, compared to red and Blue.

Really BeeR? I measured the little blocks and I thought you could do good in a speed game.

I see what you mean by red having more building space. I designed blue to be more defense oriented and red more offense but I'll fix that building space issue.

I just had a few fun terran games a little while ago on the first one tongue.gif we both tanks up there and we were blasting the crap outta each others workers tongue.gif

Heh...That must of sucked, Any way, I really think the melee map's you made, Are just for fun, When playing against friend's, If you were playing against some one you didnt know, They would probally get all serious, Unless they were the one blasting the hell out of you... biggrin.gif

sorry but, i dont like maps where both players are on one side, #1 is odd, and map #2 is very unbalanced, the bottom island has all 4 small islands next to him while the other top two islands have only 2 each.
