You cant only have firefox. IE is built in. Just go to my computer, go to the address bar and type in staredit.net.

Try clearing cookies and cache of firefox before you do so. After that try reinstalling.

How do you know he's using Windows? He could be using Linux or one of the many other OS's out there.

Linux has konquerer built in as well in most of the versions. Plus he wouldn't be using staredit on linux really...

Firefox doesn't work on macs, last I checked.

I just made a reasonable assumtion that hes one of the 99% of people who use windows on this site.

I know it's incompatible with Macs, but I'm pretty sure you can run it on Linux/Unix based OS's.

Also, I thought most versions of Linux were compatability tested with Starcraft (and some select othe programs) before builds were released. tongue.gif

You must be using an emulator or something.

That happened to me, I have Ffirefox. I was going to open firefox when it said I had to log on and default didnt work, I spent hours trying to make it work with no luck so I gave in and created a new account and now I lost my 100+ bookmarks. Pretty sad story tongue.gif

Hmmm...
I use IE and Firefox both equally, and in Firefox, some webpages arent viewed correctly, such as banners and such on webpages are not centered (which is ok by me) but some of the sigs and smilies on forums dont show properly.

...and im wondering, where are you using firefox on Mac's?
when i was in elementary, i always hated not being able to play games on school computers, im wondering if youd be able to surpass all the parent filters on school computers.. what im saying is, the filters would generally apply for IE.

I'm messing around with Firefox and haven't noticed any difference whatsoever.

I'm not sure, but that happened to me before. I restarted the computer and my stuff reappeared. :/

If you have to switch, switch to Netscape or Opera.

The fact that IE is built-in is miserable, because mine is corrupted and I can't fix it.

He's using Firefox already, thats pretty much the same thing as Netscape. :/

Plus Netscape works off of a user configuration also.
