I think there is a midi to wav converter in the download database.

Also try putting the midi in a zip file then attaching it.

PM it to me. BTW, there is no nice MIDI to WAV converter, because it is completely different concepts in terms of the file. The MIDI file has specific notes at places in the file and tracks each with an instrument assigned to it. WAV files have each millisecond of sound in the file, and the higher the quality the higher the number of sapmles per second. The file in the DLDB is a WAV converter so that the WAV is optimized for best sound and smallest file size. But I can still do it by playing the file and recording what goes through my speakers with a program I have biggrin.gif

Yeah, like Turin said. Midi is only a set of notes to play and in what sequence. You could use a crude method of play + record. But that would decrease the quality.

The quality doesnt change if you just record the output. I'm not going to hold a mic up to the speaker or something like that. It is all taking place within the computer, before the speakers even get the sound.

Yeah it does, trust me. It won't work that way. I've done it before. :/

I can record my output directly without a mircrophone. Sounds much better.

I DL'ed it once and NEVER again...

You have the choice of using Winamp for all your files or not and it gives you that option when you install it.

Winamp does not suck.

I converted your song, using winamp. If you want it IM me.

Yeah I meant without the microphone there. Under the recording settings it has a drop down list that says Microphone, Line In, and Speakers. Since it seems someone has solved your problem I wont need to do that anyway. BTW, if anyone needs any midi music for stuff, I have a 3,000 midi file collection biggrin.gif

AND WINAMP DOES ROCK YOUR SOCKS OFF! MICROSHAT DOESNT HAVE TO OWN YOUR SOUL! (I hate the big-corporationallists)
