i looked the tutorial but i didnt understand how to increase supply. Can you explain me in details how to do it ?

In the UNIT-SUPPLY CHANGE LIST, there are a bunch of units you can use. Pick the unit that you want to add X to any supply count. Then, in the list(image), under the PU column, will be the player you place the unit for to get the desired effect.

well correct me if im wrong but u can place units for different players...
not only player 1-12
so if u want to affect a specific player then under PU u have to read out for which player u have to place your desired unit/building to increase your supply...
PU = This player owns the building/unit
PA = This one get affected by the suplly change..
