In most Mario games i have notice countless Time that mario breaks blocks with his head wouldn't that hurt his head? Because you think about each game hes in he hits about over 1000 blocks?

No he raises his Fist when he jumps, he doesn't hit them with his head.

It's a game.. In Mario 3 he falls down a large chasm using an umbrella, he should of had his leg bones forced up into his skull when he hit the bottom; physics are not applied, best not to worry about it.
