ok Suicidel Insanity you should create a Trigger Recorder so it would work like this. Lets say they type in a trigger and they press OK. Once they have done that it gets recorded onto a notepad sheet that holds all of the Triggers that you or another map maker put down. I think that would be Neeto
I think you should explain more in depth and explain why it is usesfull.
He means like it would copy the triggers you coded and you could start/stop it whenever so then instead of having to save your map and delete all the the triggers off it except the ones in that group of triggers to save them seperately you would just have the ones you recorded on a notepad to look at, or at least that's what it sounded like he was saying
.
yea lets say your making a map and BAM your map SCM D thing crashes and you had triggers there and didn't save :\
Why not just auto save the whole map?
You mean similar to the feature in GUEdit where it would save Trigger Files into a readable txt file?
Just require an autosave, or manualsave feature and the correct coding. Should be too difficult.
Like... When was the last time SCMD crashed? xD

I crashed it more than once. And also, what about if is your comp what crashes?
yea like WAM oh shizzle my comp crashed damnit! what would you do!!!!!and plus a trigger recorder would be better because if you dont wanna do a huge butt trigger and dont wanna redoo it just open your trigger shizzle xD
Well, firstly, typing in english would make your concern more credible. Secondly, if he made it (and this would be DW, since he's making trigedit) so that it constantly saved as you typed, it would be unusable on slower machines. SCMD2 already has an autosave feature, which will probably work better in the upcoming preview. If you're that damned worried about it, then set the autosave to like every 5 seconds. Or, of course, you could get a computer that isn't complete
.
I can crash all versions of SCMDraft 2, but then again, I'm told to by SI.
As Haplo said, its pretty stable, and it has autosave features set, for normally about every 10 minutes[?] so you should be safe, and this is rather pointless to add as well.
