Use SCXE Special Mode, SF, or SCMDraft2.

I'm not sure about SCMDraft 2 but I know SCXE and SF work happy.gif

Place it for the player, it works.
Do not spawn it with a trigger, that does not work.

Place the addons in Xtra 2.6. Add ons do not attach to buildings, and are owned by only the players.

Normal staredit gives it to P12 when it's not attached, so it doesn't work. X-tra Alternative and Special and Forge and SCMD and stuff allow you to place them for the actual players even if they are not attached, so they are owned by that player. If you build a cc by it, then lift it off, the silo will go to P12 like normal.
