Since I don't know what options you want, such as what triggers are needed for a human player to make a lurker burrow under a cannon of the player's choice, I will show you how...

I am going to assume you want the options stated above. So:

Trigger
Description:
this trigger will center location x on unit y
Players:
¤ what ever player you want (such as the human players)
Conditions:
¤ always
Actions:
¤ center location x on unit y
¤ preserve trigger
¤ what other actions you want....

Make sure unit y is an unit that the player can move around, such as an overlord. I would choose the observer if it has it's speed upgrade, that way it can get to a location faster.

Trigger
Description:
This trigger will make the lurkers spawn!
Players:
¤ the same players as above/what ever players you want
Conditions:
¤ always/or whatever condition you want
Actions:
¤ kill 1 civ at location LurkerMove/remove 1 civ at location LurkerMove
¤ create 1 lurker at location x. Apply properties: (unit is burrowed, and any other properties you want.)
¤ wait x amount of seconds (if you want)
¤ preserve trigger

I highly recommend you use hypertriggers. What hypertriggers do, is they speed make a trigger run faster. You can find both methods of hypertriggers in the tutorial database.

Also, make sure you don't have burrowing disabled for the players that the triggers above will run for.

Hmm yeah I saw this trick done in E Defense, but I could never figure it out. Unless he saw it somewhere else, I think he wants to know how to turn a turret into a disabled cannon with a lurker burrowed underneath.

Would you either post the map or give me link to it, devlin? I might be able to figure the triggers out.

I erased all my maps awhile back (over 500 mb worth) when I was considering quitting StarCraft, so I don't have it anymore. Sorry.

To get a lurk under a cannon, the best you could do is to create the cannon, create the lurk and then teleport the lurk to a location centered over the cannnon. :/

C:
Conditions you want.
A:
"create the cannon"
Create 1 Protoss Photon Cannon at 'Cannon 2x2' for Current player.
"create the lurk"
Create 1 Zerg lurker at 'Cannon 2x2' for Current player with properties(burrowed).
"teleport the lurk to a location centered over the cannnon"
Teleport(Move) 1 Lurker at 'Cannon 2x2' for Current Player to 'Cannon 2x2'.

Problems with new laptop. Almost done, then I will post it. (had to redo it because mad it a bad map size pinch.gif)

DONE! I think it looks sexy wink.gif The centering triggers should NEVER have Always as their conditions (nothing with PreserveTrigger should). You should have it only center when the unit moves out of the location, because triggers shouldnt constantly fire. For the cannon to cloak and still fire, you need to enable then disable then enable again (and always have about 111 seconds between). To make the lurker not be able to unburrow, make it for a computer player that does have burrow researched and then give it to a player that doesnt have burrow researched in game and it will not be able to unburrow (it still does attack). And you should move the SCV out of the way so that it wont be able to get in the way of the cannon being created.

The retro top is a Dell Latitude laugh.gif It isnt that bad, 500 mhz celeron w/ 6 gig HD & 128M RAM. The thing looked broke when I got it, but then I took off WinXP and it works fine biggrin.gif

On Topic: if you dont put the 111 wait in between doodad state things, it might crash. Most people use 111, but you can try less if you want. And if you enable it then it doesnt require a pylon, so if you dont want it to cloak only enable it.
