Can we place a trap later in the game ? this trigger don't work :

You can't. However, you can try to work around this by pre-placing the trap under an allied computer's control. Then, when you need it, use triggers to give it to an enemy computer.
This may look abit tacky (unless you're working with an installation tile set), but it's an alternative.
You could do it if you bring a unit to a location then wait for 10000 milla seconds, Then create it..
In the beginning of the map where you put your first unit,, Make your trigger like this:

The problem is, you cannot creat traps with the creat trigger. You need to preplace them. I am pretty sure the move trigger does not work for them either.
You cannot create or even move traps.
you can recall traps but i doubt it would work or i doubt you could get a computer to do that

The recall AI script. I think it was "cast Recall at location" and you need a Arbiter with enough energy for it to work.
