Now, theres still a few things I want to still add:
- Ability to give karma in some of our scripts, like tutorials or downloads.
- Deny entry into other places on the site if karma < 0.
- Removal of karma & minerals through warn level place.
- Karma Decay. The higher it is, the faster it decays. Should be extremely slow when it gets <100, and just stop it at <25.

There should be an option to sort by karma in the members page.

Ugh... what about admin karma? I thought that was going to be used as a primary decision factor of member group promotions. Just member karma alone is too easy to rape.

What IP said id true, make it so that you need X member kama and Y admin karma for the promotion thing.

It could be abused so easily like in the following way:

I make a thread that says something like this:
If you give me karma I'll give you the same amount.

Taking in consideration how members here want the highest karma they would do it without thinking about the consequences. It really surprises me that it hasn't been done already.

What prevents that kind of abuse, is that you can only do it once a week. If we find anything like that on the forums, they will be baleted. Plus we're going to set up a decay system, so its going to be hard to get people to give you free karma later on without having an admin notice.

Make karma logs available for admins (or for all of us, since I tend to do these kind of things too).

Also, make use accounts downgrade at half the required level (ie, Regular = Member at 25, and Elite = Regular at 50), as I suggested in the Karma thread.

Heh this could be even more abused. What if someone places in there signature something like:

Click here to go to my über new webpage!!

or something like that

We notice, and then we take away all their karma

I've already seen that Puni and nuclearabit have those things in their signatures.

omfg... that is sad ... you could make a confirmation screen and then redirect.

Admin karma is a must.

You should earse the current karma system and let me take it over .

If you place a link to a page that spawns popups of the addkarma page you could make the users give all their karma available to you LOL

I think it's bit high for upgrading, especially for people who actually do deserve it.
