Does anybody know how many hit points a Medic heals in 1000 milliseconds? I planned on using it as a more precise healing system. pinch.gif

You could test and see. I know a medic heals about 100 hp in about 6 seconds.

Well if you divide 100 hp by 6 seconds the medic would heal around 17 hp/second.

What happens if you put the mana for heal higher then 1? Will it be the same? or faster healing? (Seriously I don't know)

Umm...what do you mean by higher than one?
If the medic goes down to 0 energy she will heal a lot slower because everytime she generates 1 energy she uses it.

That's pretty slow; I was hoping for around 25 per second...

Edit: Multiple Medics heal faster, right? 2 Medics would heal 4 HP a second?

No, only 1 medic can heal a unit at one time.

That's not true, In melee games I always mass marines and medics, And I always see atleast 2 medics healing one marine.

THATS not true, 1 unit can only be healed by 1 medic at a time.

True, but that is because they split the energy cost. One heals at a time. It's like how triggers work. Two triggers don't happen at the same time; they go in a sequence with a hardly noticable gap if you're using hypers.

I always got the feeling that medics heal much faster than 2hp/sec, more like 4 or 5 per second, just as an estimate to me...or maybe that's because I'm used to playing on fastest speed.

It's because you're playing on fastest and the in game seconds go by faster.
