The color you are when you start, Is the color you will be on the minimap, I don't think it is possible.

Dunno what you meant but that guy was either eye-blinded or stupid, confuse yellow with green LOL

No, I know what he's saying...

Say a random melee game... random colors random start locations.

I'm Blue
Friend is Red

ON MY SCREEN on the minimap, it shows the color GREEN over MY buildings, Red over friend's.

While on my friend's screen, my buildings look BLUE and his own look GREEN to him.

I think I've seen something change that... but I don't know what it is. Maybe someone can help you now.

Added alliance colors on units - Shift-Tab changes your color to green,
your allies to yellow and your enemies to red.

1.12 Added that, maybe it was in use by somebody?

Yea, Probally, I think that was stupid when they added that....That is the only explanation....

This is a little off topic, but just as a side note: I am colorblind, and it can be difficult to tell the difference between the green and yellow on the mini-map...no joke it kinda sucks. Colorblindness is not seeing black and white just in case any of you were thinking that. ermm.gif I have blue/green colorblindness...damn gene pool.

This isnt really worthy of being in concept or MMA.

Move again. :/

I think you press Alt+Tab to change it back.
And yes, it is possible and is frequently done on accident.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by chuiu on 2005-03-04 at 00:40:04
SHIFT+Tab will change the minimap colors. Shift+Tab again will change unit colors. Shift+Tab a third time will revert everything to normal.
