Firefox is definitely a bit different from Internet Explorer, and I still don't know how to do everything. For example, how do I play music that's on a site in Firefox? It said I should install Quicktime, which amazingly I already had, so I did it anyway and after a convoluted mess of directions I installed Quicktime again. Can I play music now? Nope.
Some things in Firefox are definitely easier though. I mean, the password manager is great. So in this thread, just post some tips on how to use Firefox and how it is different from Internet Explorer.
I have no problems with it, and I don't have to do anything special, so I can't help.
Though, I suggest that, if you haven't already, you set it to ask you whenever a site wants to set cookies. I think that the fact that I only trust a few sites would help with my lack of viruses, worms, trojans, etc.
