Haha. Dude what the hell is wrong with everyone? I don't know weather it's more ed up that there is an acronym for that, or that there are teams of people working together to break down this "new wave of internet slang."

Hahaha I nerver use slang when typing except when joking around or in the shoutbox. It gets annoying...

It is a bit funny though all those words although I don't think it really helps the parents because what is so wrong with w00t or n00b. Not that they care much.

Kool like kool-aid! =D If you say kewl aloud you have to but on this semi austrailian accent =D or at least thats how I read it. The only time I use "leetspeak" is when mocking people who use it a lot or excessivly. Such as people with terrible mannars in game I might say "GG NRM " or "omfgz i no u hak!!?!??!?!ÿÜÖ£╥╙§" when I'm clearly winning. It's pretty fun, I think it has class.

pwn=own, it kind of reminds you of slavery no? I hate that p, just say own jackass. It's a whole mess of equality issues people with little historical background can't understand. I also hate when people type "lol" and don't actually laugh out loud. It makes me feel so... decieved. I know because I've had conversations with people on web can they type "lol" but they're not laughing, hell no, they've got that same stupid look on their face they've had for the past 30 minutes. If my joke wasn't funny enough to laugh out loud just type Haha or something of that sort.

I always laugh out loud when I type "lol". There's a diffrence between something that's just remotly funny which many people will type "lol" in response to and something that will actually make you laugh out loud. It hurts me that so many people here do that.

I have friends who reply to ing everything with lol.

"My cat died today."
"lol "
