HQ = High Quality

hq could also be head quarters

Dude, HQ means HeadQuarters. Thats not an internet term.

High Quality IS internet...

I never/rarely see someone using "HQ" in which he meant "head-quarters"

And I've NEVER seen HQ refer to high quality anywhere. However I see HQ used a lot for head quarters.

BM- Bad mannars, MG- Mannar game, we have these terms becuase of people who stay when they've clearly lost or people who insult you or claim you hack upon no evidence... typical bad mannars are "F U" "OMFG I NO U HAK?!?!?!111111" and "GAY!" plus everything else written in caps lock, god I hate that key, you don't even have to move your pinky an inch to turn it off. That's all you really need to know, most of the other stuff is pretty obvious and you can guess like purp is obviously purple and ty and yw are thank you and your welcome respectivly. Something less obvious is wb (welcome back) but they don't have much effect on your stay.

65536 is 2^16, means 16bit, mostly used to depine the graphic level tho is may be also used for music quality and varible type.
The reason it's 65535 and not 65536 is beause computer start counting from 0 and not from one so it's one number back.

*.BMP = 32bit-64bit (maximum 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 different colors, this is why bmp files are bit and being replaced with jpg and gif - they have a very similar qualinty for a human eye and still jpg and gif are ten times (more actually) smaller than bmp)

Sound:
PC Speaker = depends on fie size, you hear it even without speakers.
