Okay, no one would tell me how, so I'm making a topic wink.gif

First of all, where and why do I place P8 bunkers?
Where do I move it to? Right in the middl eof p8 Bunkers?

COuld someone please post a map.
With cloaked bunkers, I don't mean just disabled, but not there at all

Yea, I know the bunker cloaking tutorial in the databse doesn't help much. It just tells you to disable to bunker and doesn't tell you to create and remove a observer over it.

I don't know, why do you use P8 bunkers in the first place? Any bunker would work perfectly fine between 1-8.

No move unit action is needed, so I don't get this too.

So in simple steps:
- Disable doodad state of bunker owned by Player X at 'bunker'.
- Create 1 'unit with detector ability' owned a human player that has vision of it at 'bunker'
- Wait for 0 millisecond (You just need a wait action here, it doesn't matter how long it is)
- Remove the detector

No I meant the other cloaking. Where you move the bunker to some other place.

oh! I think I know what he is talking about! What he whats is to know why/how to get a bunker located at the top left corner of the map to shoot units on the bottom right corner of the map by moving the bunker. If I recall correctly, all you have to do is get units loaded into a bunker and then teleport the bunker to a different place on the map. The bunker will stay in the same spot, but it will attack from the place it was moved to. The bunker can't be destroyed at the place it was teleported to, but if it is destroyed at the spot it was before it was teleported, it will be completely destroyed. (You can't get the bunker to continue to attack from the spot it was teleported to.)

Legacy needs to make that a 3 part tutorial. Cloaking them. Cloaking them + obs. Moving them to make them phantom bunkers.

Why would you have two sections for cloaking them when you could just explain how there cloked and give and example of a way to do that.

The bunkers are preplaced for place holders. You don't have to use bunkers really, you could use supply depos or anything really as long as you have proper spacing.

The only real ones we need are
1) Cloaking them and why they appear cloaked (this would be for all units),
2) Phantom bunkers.

I looked at the invisible bunker tutorial, and it said, remove bunker for player "8". So i got confused and thought maybe the author made a typo. So I just decided to make a thread. Teh tutorial is fine, but you should make it so that it tells you waht you need to do to set up.
