Yea, I know the bunker cloaking tutorial in the databse doesn't help much. It just tells you to disable to bunker and doesn't tell you to create and remove a observer over it.

I don't know, why do you use P8 bunkers in the first place? Any bunker would work perfectly fine between 1-8.

No move unit action is needed, so I don't get this too.
So in simple steps:
- Disable doodad state of bunker owned by Player X at 'bunker'.
- Create 1 'unit with detector ability' owned a human player that has vision of it at 'bunker'
- Wait for 0 millisecond (You just need a wait action here, it doesn't matter how long it is)
- Remove the detector
