I just bought the network adapter with Socom 2, but it's too hard with too many xpertz on server and it's slow too and all maps are like dark. What else is a good Online game for PS2 that's FREE! <KEYWORD!

well there are some games online for Ps2 that i know of:

Killzone
socom1/2
Mortal Kombat deception
Madden football series

some of those im not sure they are online compactible

I played the demo for Killzone and it sucks. You can't croutch, you can't jump, most levels are get to point A to point B, and it failed in killing Halo. Also, frame rate is bad...

dude, i want a network adapter but i dont get it. where do u plug the network adpapter to? (modem? i really dont know how the Network adapter works but i want it, arg)

Anyway i stongly suggest u get killzone, it reminds u of all the real wars-- yelling and screaming, its awesome! timeplsittaz is the PERFECT example of the opposite of killzone, its the most frantic game ever! (im getting the 3rd one soon) And GTA has been around for 5 editions.... that explains the game for u eh? and Metal Gear Solid gets... into ur... emotions i guess... (like making girls cry....) lol! i read it in a magazine.... and its really bloody (try slitting their throats) hee...

socom 2 kicks butt, you need a really fast internet conection, and to fix the dark prrblem just raise your contrast and/or brightness on you T.V. and there yeah go, and to be the experts: be stealthy REALLY STEALTHY, practice practice practice and find some friends to abck you up

Killzone got such a BAD rating also.



Oh, and it doesn't feel like a war cuz u have one teammate, u look down when reloading, look up when throwing gernade, u kill like 5 guys in the beginning. How is this a war?

....Killzone is alot different then that, you can crouch and I think jump, I haven't played it in a while.


...You have 3 teammates, and more when ever you get soldiers. You don't look down when reloading, and grenades usually kill none or any weak people.

The demo is probably alot different than the real game. The real game kicks ass.

Another good one is Tribes, and you might want to try out Project: Snowblind.

Trust me, when reloading, you really do look down. You might not notice it, but it's real annoying to me. Also, Frame Rate slows down, and is NOTHING compared to Halo 2!!!! MUHAHAHAHAH!

Neiji, how do you judge a game that has not even come out yet? I played the demo and honestly, I think it's decent.

I don't care if GTA is on PS2, Xbox, or whatnot. It's still best on PC as you can customize it the most.

Only reason PC and Xbox have GTA is because Sony didn't patent it. Nvm... PS2 is kinda PC too, or is it? Well, if PS2 patented it, they wouldn't have GTA and just like Halo, PS2 fans could've had something to brag their freakin deakin in lungs out.
