i think that Halo 2 is the best game ever to xbox. i got my xbox 2002 and halo 1 with it. when halo 2 came out went to the gaming store in varberg (sweden) and bought it the that it was released. anyone that also think that Halo 2 is the best game ever on Xbox?????????
it is about 10 times better than Halo 1 that also was are a really good game. me Darcan and HellCat came to last map on lesser than 24 h, so I was really mad about that. i can't what untill the release Halo 3 if they do that!!!

They will oviously release another one because the ending of the second one was not a complet ending and all the money they have been making with Halo...

I've read in one of my Game Informer Magazines that Bungie has already started work on Halo 3. And I also heard on this other website, when you get the X-Box 2 with the hard drive, Halo 2.5 is supposed to be installed on it. Halo 2.5 is going to be what Halo 2 was supposed to be. A better game, HD graphics, maybe a better ending. Maybe they'll bring back the Assault Rifle and some other things from Halo 1. Or they might think of putting that stuff in Halo 3, I hope. And the ending with Halo 2, if you wait through the credits it shows Cortana stuck in the covenant ship(or what ever the place is) being asked a question by Gravemind. You don't hear what he asks because it ends before he could ask.

halo 2 best game on xbox? no, i would have to say it is not, although it is a great game it cannot beat the glory that is morrowind. morrowind is the best game in my opinion and yes it is on xbox as well as on pc.

Halo2 may not be the best game ever, but you really have to admit that it is one of, if not, the best console shooter games out there.

But damnit, i hope xbox2 doesn't come out too quick... Because i just got my xbox like 3-4 months ago just for halo2 and yesterday got a mic and 4 controllers

. Besides, microsoft should wait at least a year or so after a big release (such as halo2) before releasing another bigger and better product. They should let their first hit product reach a "stabilizing point" or when it stops growing, THEN they should release xbox2. Right now, halo2 is still growing and will keep on growing for quite a while.

dont worry, there is at least a half a year before xbox 2 because we havent even seen advertisement for it yet... also they havent released to much on it... meaning that it really isnt in the near future.

I think Ghost recon 2 Owns Halo2...
There is alot more to it then shooting and running...

The one problem I find with Halo2 is that it has been overun with StandBy and Glitches... Also those little anoying 8 year olds that dont shut up and ask so many STUPID questions...

The whole time i have played Ghost Recon 2 I havent Seen 1 StandBy Glitcher or any Glitches...
Also a content download came out for it last week

Gran Turismo would've been the best if it had online play.

Now, it is considered the "Worst game ever" to ppl just cuz NO ONLINE PLAY OMFG!!!!, but we're talkin X-Box here, so how about other than halo, the only focused game in X-Box, the only good games are the ones that got stolen by Sony. Example: Gran Theft Auto.

I'm not going to argue with you, but I'm going to assume you admit that Halo is a good game.

As for my opinion, I think that Halo is a decent game, but I really don't see anything "amazing" about it. Graphics don't matter much to me as you get used to it. Gameplay however, is what counts. I commend Halo for the dual weapon system instead of the "main character has 500 pockets" system where you can carry 50 guns. Melee attacks is a nice addition instead of the cruddy knife we get in some FPS's (COUGH, COUGH CS). The game does nothing particularly wrong, but I don't see anything pulled off professionally as well.

Halo 2 has a worse singleplayer than Halo 1, but tries to make it up with Xbox Live multiplayer. I think this was a bad trade as most Xbox owners do NOT have Xbox live, meaning they ultimately receive a shallow game. The shield system is ingenious, as well as the damage on vehicles. Dual wielding, although useful, has been done before in other games. If this game comes to the PC, I'll have to play it all myself to see what it is ultimately like, since online play will most likely be free.

When you say Halo 2 is a good game, remember to look at it from both the multiplayer AND singleplayer perspective. Multiplayer, though impressive, does require a fee, and the short singleplayer ends up disappointing. All in all, it seems like an average game, unless you have Xbox Live, which makes it much more enjoyable.

I heard from my friend (who is a xbox fanatic, he spent a whole lunch period trying to convince me that it was better than PS or Gamecube, which it kinda is, just not many good games) that xbox2 was coming out this christmas or so. Halo 3 is coming out with it. He also says it has a brand new graphics card and spent half the time arguing about that, while I am telling him graphics don't matter, as long as you can see what is going on (i.e. not stick figures.) Anyway, it is coming out at Christmas.

fable wasn't that great of a game....

Xbox has many great sports/ action games but is lacking in most other categories...
