and also if the medics are being attacked they will blind a lot faster. Blind non stop until all units in range have been blinded. Or they run out of energy.

Blind always lasts forever unless you use another spell on it (I think it will take away the effect of blind, maybe not)
OR
You restore the unit.

When you blind a unit it will stay like that forever, unless one of the following happens:
the unit is killed
another medic uses "restore" on it
...
